Completed in 2019, Sendian Tower was awarded several prestigious green building awards like Qatar Sustainability Awards - Green Commercial Building in 2018 and in 2019 the Tarsheed Award - Best Sustainable Building Design. The sustainable building principles used here are reflected in the 5 star G.S.A.S. building ranking.

The lighting design highlights several of the building’s key elements while minimizing unwanted light spill.
