Located in Lusail’s North district, this commercial building is one of the first retail buildings in this new part of the city. The building was constructed considering and implementing sustainable building practices. The facade lighting considers 2 operational scenarios, a pre and a post curfew. A special consideration was given to the light spill, that does not exceed 15lx in any given point.
