Neighborhood Retail Areas - NRV-RET-02

Located in Lusail’s North district, this retail building is one of the first supermarkets in this new part of the city. The building was constructed considering and implementing sustainable building practices. The facade lighting considers 2 operational scenarios, a pre and a post curfew. A special consideration was given to the light spill, that does not exceed 15lx in any given point. The facade lighting highlights several facade /elements/volumes that give this building its identity.
