The new Capital Market Authority building will be a futuristic structure, incorporating the latest smart technology. Creating a powerful nocturnal identity for this eye-catching construction was only part of the challenge. The façade lighting concept resembles a geode that opens inward, aligning with a sustainable design that limits light spill and reduces existing light pollution. None of the external light fixtures are oriented upwards or sideways. Interior lighting balances cost-effective solutions for typical office areas with a high-end product family for executive and VIP spaces. The lighting system is controlled and monitored using a variety of sensors and protocols to enhance user comfort and reduce power consumption.
